All UK items are sent via Second Class Signed Royal Mail within 2 business days of cleared payment.
All international and upgraded orders will have a tracking number.
We currently only offer tracked and/or insured international shipping for your peace of mind.
If any errors or problems occur, then please contact us as soon as possible.
If an item miss ships because of an information error on the customers part and if the item is returned to us(the sender) there are a couple of options; a refund of the items price minus shipping cost, or customer must pay the shipping costs again to have the order re-sent with the provision of correct shipping information.
If for any reason your order arrives back here with us we will get in touch with you and will discuss how to proceed on a case by case basis. Any refunds offered for returned/non-collected orders will be for the full item price(s) but will not include the postage costs.
Postal costs are non-refundable except in cases of lost post.
Once orders have been posted we cannot accept cancellations.
